Requirements: Bachelor's and/or Master’s in Computer Science or similar; 4 or more years of professional experience in roles as: IT Operations Manager; SiteReliability Engineer lead; Platform Engineer lead; Production Support lead; Devops team lead; Infrastructure lead; Cloud Operations lead; Systems Engineering lead; Hands-on technical expertise in last year at least in one type of technology solution (e.g.. CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middlewares or similar enterprise complex solutions); Good level of English (minimum, B2 level). Nice to have: Willingness to travel; Experience ith APM monitoring tools (e.g. Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog or NewRelic) and/or ELK stack; Experience with Issue & Tracking systems (e.g. JIRA or ServiceNow) Knowledge in troubleshooting applications in production environments (e.g., Weblogic, JBoss, Databases, Java or similar technologies). Knowledge in Cloud environments (e.g. Azure, AWS or GCP); Knowledge using relational databases or NoSql (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cassandra) Good level of Spanish.
