What You’ll Be Doing:

• Monitoring and Incident Response: Design and sustain monitoring and alerting systems. Address incidents, diagnose problems, and conduct root cause investigations.
• Automation and Tools Development: Streamline repetitive tasks and enhance deployment workflows through automation. Create and maintain tools to support both infrastructure and applications.
• Performance Enhancement: Evaluate system performance metrics and implement improvements to boost efficiency and minimize latency.
• Security and Regulatory Compliance: Maintain secure systems that adhere to applicable standards and regulations.
• Documentation and Collaboration: Create and update thorough documentation for systems and workflows. Share expertise and best practices with team members.
• Database Administration: Guarantee the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of databases. Conduct database tuning, upkeep, and problem resolution.

What You Need To Have:

• Expertise in programming languages including Python, Go, and JavaScript.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and networking principles.
• Proficient in containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Skilled in monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Database Proficiency: Experienced with both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch).
• Collaborative Team Member: Committed to working with peers and sharing expertise to achieve team goals.
• Accountability: Demonstrates ownership of tasks and responsibility for delivering results.
