Senior / Lead Data Scientist

About The Job YellowIpe is recruiting a Senior / Lead Data Scientist for direct integration into an international company. What is your mission? Lead and mentor a team of mid-level data scientists, overseeing project planning and execution using SCRUM; Develop, evaluate and continuously improve predictive models and analytics solutions to optimize business operations and drive revenue growth; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable business proposals; Create and manage key performance dashboards and reports for stakeholders; Enhance the Data Science department's workflows through improved procedures, documentation, and code review; Contribute to the code and help reviewing the code of others on a daily basis; Stay current with data science innovations and implement best practices across the team. Required Competences: Over 5 years of experience in data science, including team leadership; Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics; Strong programming skills in Python, SQL (preferably PostgreSQL), and Unix/Linux environments; Experience applying CI/CD principles to data science workflows; Familiarity with data orchestration tools, preferably Apache Airflow; Excellent communication and leadership skills; You are fluent in both spoken and written English.
